A life-changing workshop to understand and change the attitudes and behaviors formed by being in, or from, an alcoholic, abusive, addictive, or rigid and controlling household. Participants meet in safe small groups that offer opportunities to share and implement new living skills.

A video workshop plus workbook that eplores how to change withdrawl patterns that isolate and imprison us. Explores the effects of "coping mechanisms" we may have developed to protect ourselves from harm as children, and how those mechanisms manifest themselves in our adult lives.
